Since all Law Sites Pro websites are designed and built with no upfront costs, we do require a minimum contract term of 1 or 2 years. The term "month" is defined as a 4 week billing cycle. A 3% credit card processing fee is added to invoices paid by credit card.
After your initial term ends, you may request to move to month-to-month billing at the current month-to-month rate. If no change is requested, your plan will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term. To switch to month-to-month billing, you must request the change at least 14 days before your term ends. Your first invoice will be sent directly after your kickoff meeting and will be due when your website launches or 30 days after your kickoff meeting, whichever comes first. Subsequent monthly invoices will be sent automatically each billing cycle. Credit card or banking information may be stored to automatically pay monthly invoices. For billing purposes, a “month” is defined as a 4-week billing cycle.
Plans can be cancelled at any time, provided the minimum number of payments required under your contract term have been paid.
We require 30 days written notice to cancel. Upon receipt of cancellation notice, you will be provided a website service cancellation form to fill out and sign. If you need to cancel before the end of your 1-year (12 payments) or 2-year (24 payments) commitment, you will only be required to pay the remaining balance of your contract term at the time of termination. There is no early termination fee; only the outstanding contract balance will be due. After receiving the signed service cancellation form and receipt of any remaining payments required under your commitment and any outstanding balance owed to Matchstick Studio, LLC, you will be provided all your "User Content" used on your website if requested. Graphics, images, and videos will be provided in a zip file, and text is available to you in its current form on the website as it stands. Your "User Content" does not include HTML, CSS, Javascript, or any associated code files generated by or associated with the Modular Orange Platform, as these are the intellectual property of Matchstick Studio.
